Immediate attention to these matters for continued access/integration to our payment gateway services is required.
You must ensure that whatever app/interface adjustments required be completed no later than effective dates indicated below.
PlugnPay will discontinue offering some long standing legacy services/features.
The following services/features are slated to be discontinued:

Direct Method Payment Method
- Authorizations will not be accepted via this payment method on/after September 1st 2025.
- Merchants should migrate to the Remote API, REST API or Smart Screens v2 payment method.

iFrame API Payment Method
- Authorizations will not be accepted via this payment method on/after September 1st 2025.
- Merchants should migrate to the Remote API, REST API or Smart Screens v2 payment method.

Effective March 31st 2025
Invoice Billing Presentment
- To be shut down March 31st 2025.
- Merchants should migrate to a compatible 3rd party invoice management solution.
QuickBooks Module
- To be shut down March 31st 2025.
- No alternative solution is being offered by PlugnPay in its place.
- Merchants should migrate to a compatible 3rd party QuickBooks data management solution.
Generate Order Forms Wizard
- To be shut down March 31st 2025.
- This feature only pertains to generation of forms for Smart Screens v1
- Merchants should follow the Smart Screens v2 specifications to generate their own forms
- Example HTML code is included within the Smart Screens v2 specifications.
Payment Shipping Rules Wizard
- To be shut down March 31st 2025.
- No alternative solution is being offered by PlugnPay in its place.
- This feature only pertains to dynamic shipping calculations for Smart Screens v1
- Use a 3rd party shopping cart solution to calculate this & pass the gateway the final shipping amount.
